Especially if you are into indoor cycling and other high-intensity workouts, invest in good-quality cycling clothing and apparel.
This will help you avoid getting friction burns and work out longer. The material transfers heat and sweat to the outer layer faster and keeps you cool.
On the other hand, if you’re not a cycler, ensure that your T-shirts and pants fit you well. Don’t wear anything that clings to your body uncomfortably but don’t also go for baggy clothes that can make you lose your balance.
